Crunchy Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
- 12 brussels sprouts about ½ pound
- Salt
- 3 tablespoons olive or canola oil
- 6 garlic cloves peeled
El Tajin Chile Limon
Instructions
- Wash the brussels sprouts thoroughly and let dry. Cut in half lengthwise and sprinkle with salt.
- Add oil to a medium-size pan, making sure it coats the whole surface. Arrange the sprouts and garlic cloves in a circular fashion all around the pan.
- Heat the pan over medium heat and let cook until the sprouts and golden and crisp. Turn and let cook another few minutes. Sprinkle with chile limón or a few drops of lemon juice. You don't want them to soften.
