Make Your Own Taco Party

One of my favorite ways to entertain is to have a make your own taco, burrito, or gordita party. I like to prepare foods from different regions of Mexico and present a panoply of flavors,textures, colors, and aromas 

Menu:

Queso fundido with homemade chorizo
Corn tortillas from Sobre Masa
Chicken Pibil-style with achiote
Chipped beef with green chile
Pork with red chile sauce
Ayocote beans with greens
