Lamb Stock
Ingredients
- 6 pounds lamb bones
- 10 cloves garlic peeled
- 5 bay leaves
- 10 whole allspice berries
- 5 dried avocado leaves
- 1 cup adobo chile colorado
- 6 quarts water
- Salt and coarsely ground pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bake bones for 30 minutes.
- Place baked bones in boiling water.
- Add all other ingredients.
- Cook for 2 hours on slow flame.
- Cool and strain.
