Crunchy Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
  

  • 12 brussels sprouts about ½ pound
  • Salt
  • 3 tablespoons olive or canola oil
  • 6 garlic cloves peeled
  • El Tajin Chile Limon

Instructions
 

  • Wash the brussels sprouts thoroughly and let dry. Cut in half lengthwise and sprinkle with salt.
  • Add oil to a medium-size pan, making sure it coats the whole surface. Arrange the sprouts and garlic cloves in a circular fashion all around the pan.
  • Heat the pan over medium heat and let cook until the sprouts and golden and crisp. Turn and let cook another few minutes. Sprinkle with chile limón or a few drops of lemon juice. You don't want them to soften.
